Yes, I heard about that 20 years ago or more, but had not heard anything in many years.  If it is in fact tilting, i think it is because of the natural progression of the universe and because humans have displaced too many things on the earth, i.e., mining and moving iron ore from point A to point B and reformulating and reshaping it.

And if it is true, I can see the Government going...oh no!, because they like to control everybody and everything and this would not fit into their game plan well.  To have something outside their control, they view as  just...un-American.  Even the natural laws should obey them.
