Re: coffee enema (also read follow ups)

I've heard a lot of great things about the coffee enema but there seems to be some confusion on what they actually accomplish.

A coffee enema cannot get to the liver to decongest it. That HAS to be done via flushes.

The coffee enema does stimulate the large intestine to move but it can't get to the small intestine. The small intestine is between the large intestine and the liver. The ileocecal valve is a one way valve emptying into the large intestine. You wouldn't want anything to get past that point anyway going the other way.

The large intestine is where the water gets reabsorbed from the feces. Thus, the coffee does indeed stimulate the entire body. Plus, coffee is loaded with antioxidents which cleans you out on a cellular basis. Which can also lead to problems if the liver isn't on line to eliminate those toxins.

It's simple, but can get tricky.

I personally don't believe in putting anything into the body except via the oral cavity. Except in emergency (crisis therapy).

You should be able to clean all systems via the digestive tract which starts at the mouth. You can decongest the liver, clean both small and large intetines via consuming the right herbs and doing the right protocals THROUGH the digestive system. STARTING AT THE MOUTH. Once the digestive system is up and running the rest of the systems can clean and elivate their health levels. All the way down to a cellular level. If a system needs a little help along the way, fine, give it some help with the specific herbs that help that system. That's called "Tissue specific nutrition" and works quite well.

But my experience is that once the digestive system is up and running properly very few other things can go wrong.

If you feel good for 4-5 days after the flush your body is dumping many toxins inot the system and after 4-5 days yuor liver is congested again.

When I was going through all that, when I first started doing the flushes, I would feel good for about 10 minutes. So I flushed everyday for a couple months straight. That's with the olive oil, Coke and lemon flush. Eventually, of course, the length of time of feeling good stretched out and now I flush trice a year. But for a few years there starting in Dec. 1998 the flushes were a very significant part of getting my health back. They literaly saved my life.

I've never seen anyone that had to do that. I had parasites in my systems for over 27 years. Nasty parasites from the tropics. They left considerable debris behind and it HAD to come out.

The candida is secondary to the congested liver. If you're only feeling good for 4-5 days after you flush then plan your flushes once a week.

It's funny, towards the end I would argue with my body. I'd strt feeling pretty bad but I didn't want to do another flush so I'd argue with my body and make up all kinds of excuses for not doing a flush. That usually lasted about 2 days. Then the symptoms would get too bad and I'd flush. And everytime I did that I'd get mad at myself for waiting those two days. But sure enough came time to do aniother one I'd argue with my body again. I do understand...
