I am interested in why does the pumpkin seed work in removing some parasites' eggs? Isn't it because of its potassium content?
I make a drink - something that could be called pumpkin seed coctail. I blend a pack(50g) of pumpkin seeds untill blend mincely. Than add half a liter of distilled water + 2 heaping teaspoons of mincely blended flaxseeds + bit of oat milk to taste. It is quite enjoyable. It can be really delicious if I add maple syrup to taste into the drink.
However, the main think is that it is cleaning my bowels easily, gently, slowly, but surely (at least in my opinion...) and the pumpkin seed seems to draw many parasite eggs out...I just do not know why? is it because of the potassium content?
