Re: a bit disappointed! Oh, no! You are always so positive

Hello Fernando, yes it is disappointing when you see your US.
I have done 22 flushes so far, since Feb.'03. My one stone, as far as I know, is 2.8cm. I don't know if I will ever get rid of it, but it is ok if I can live with it. 90% of the population lives with gallstones, but they often don't know it.

Spirit wrote a realistic response a year ago. I saved it because at that time I was impressed by the fact that he did not hide that you might have trouble getting rid of the stone. I am myself down to eaRTH AND REAlistic. May be some people will be scared, but for me it gives comfort, that someone don't create fantasies, which could not be fullfilled.

I have put this link in my messages several times, but now I like to do it for you.

Since we don't know what kind of stones we have, it might be useful some times to switch supplements. Right now I am doing the chanca piedra, phosfood and ACV. I have done Julia's herbs before.
And now I am studying Spirit's message and see what else I want to do.

Fernando, we love you, for all the support you have given on this forum.
So continue flushing and eat food that will avoid getting gallstones.

Johanna
