I also have reservations on doing the Lax tea daily on the longer MCs. The SWF works very well for me and the first few MCs I only used the SWF since the lax tea gave me cramps from hell. I don't know why I didn't think of it before but someone a good while back recommended to steep the tea for less time that the recommended 10-15 on the Smooth Move box. I tried that and while tolerable it still made me a bit crampy I then tried Get Regular Yogi tea and that was much mellower on my system. I steep 5 mins max.
My procedure is after 14 days I start slowing on the tea and do it every other day and progessively longer spans as the fast progresses. I kinda tweak the spans on how well the SWF is working.
