My mini-report
Hi Trapper, I gave a report around early July, i think thats the only one i've given.
Iodine therapy has certainly benefited me, but i dont feel any big changes recently so there doesn't seem to be anything to report.
I suppose the biggest change is that i often feel like i have to move around some and i do some light exercise, normally jogging on the spot (i know that sounds daft, but after no energy for several years its quite a big deal for me), if i had the room i would like one of the mini trampoline things, i dont know if i feel i need to move because of anxiety or increase in energy. After being chronically fatigued for 5 or so years, and any movement being quite a major effort this is quite a big thing. I also started doing press-ups a few weeks ago. I dont do them everyday or anything, only about 4 times so far, but again with the fatigue, the idea of them has been impossible for the last 5 years, so i think im moving in the right direction.
I worked it out that im taking around 100mg when i take the dose, if we take 1 horizontal drop to be 12.5mg. I'm not sure why i dont just drop down the dose (probably stubbornness) but 100mg every day feels too much, and i think i also lack discipline. But i am going to try and make an effort with that. I was also not taking the supporting supplements consistently and salt loading but again i am going to try and make a bigger effort.
I am definitely making some improvements, but i am not there yet, i work part time and i still dont feel i could go back to working full time or anything.
This post didnt seem to warrant a new thread as i intended it to be quite short and there didn't seem to be that much to report, but if you think it'd be better in a new thread just lemme know.
