was just wondering if miso soup is considered 'raw'. It is a 'living food' as far as I can tell - and I don't boil it. Is it 'raw'?
Was also wondering why so many raw vegan recipies centre around agave nectar, cacao and other dubious looking powders and pastes... isn't raw vegan supposed to be about eating more 'natural food'? ie: as it comes off the plant/tree?
Also, most of these recepies don't seem to follow the rules of food combining either. Can any high raw vegans out there tell me if they have any probelms after combining fruit with starch or nuts? Such as in 'raw cheescakes'?
