Hi, Im interested in eating a breakfast protein smoothie made from live kefir grains and goat milk with coconut oil. is it safe to eat raw eggs that are organic and whole biotin?? I heard that eggs are bad for you but then I heard that eggs are excellent for the IMMUNE SYSTEM!!
Lastly, The reason for the weight loss is lack of mag. calcium and zinc. Will a few teaspoons of ALMOND OIL solve this problem?
