Questions - oats, raw milk,

Greetings, I was curious if o's could have milk if it was raw. I thought I saw somewhere that it just couldn't be pasturized. I make my own buttermilk and yogurt from raw milk.

Also, I noticed in the reciped section that there is a recipe for granola with oats. So.....is it just that we have to mix the stuff with other foods in the HB group if we eat a food from the avoid group?
