Because of the high cholesterol content of the egg yolk;
the very same thing that your liver gets jammed up with when the liver gets fatty
and produces "stones"(most of which are cholesterol, some get calcified, and that's when they show up on X-rays)
but,if you "gotta have" your eggs, then take some lecithin afterwards to help emulcify and digest the fat
