Food Allergies Question
Moreless suggested trying Buttermilk w/good quality honey to aid digestion, adrenals, and other bodily functions. I've heard many good things about buttermilk (and honey) and would love to reap the benefits of them.
However, I don't do well on dairy, which is (I'm learning) due to lack of alkaline minerals, and it manifests itself mostly in severe sinus infections and depression.
My question is: how does one go about overcoming food allergies in the most expedient fashion? LD DI replied to a previous post of mine that her food allergies eventually went away via alkalizing. Is that the answer - to be patient and wait it out as I alkalize, occasionally trying previously offending foods to see if they still react negatively?
Or is there some way to assuage the problem sooner, like say, taking probiotics with the buttermilk (or something along those lines...or
not along those lines...)?
