Incureable case of Warts???

Is it possible to have a case of warts that just want go away? I've had some around my lower ab and genital area for almost two years now and i've tried everything and they want leave. I've also a very healthy person that eats right, exercises and rarely gets sick and i have very good hygene. I just cant win (although i have had a few other skin problems over the years: ring worm, acne, and jock itch).
