I myself work 9-5 M-F. I'm on day 8 and here is basically my routine. I get up 2 hours prior to having to be at work. Drink the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and usually within an hour that has gone through me. I can then get ready for work. I pre-make the lemonade for about 6 servings (without the cayenne) and take it to work and put it in the fridge. I have cayenne there and put it in the lemonade each time I drink it. If you let it sit in the lemonade it gets hotter and hotter.
The first few days are tough - just don't give up. Its just temporary and you will feel so much better after those days. It's amazing.
