I combine it with honey and take it before or after I eat once or twice a day.

I had high cholesterol three months ago. I started taking vytorin and ACV every day. My cholesterol and triglicerides are normal now.
I stopped the vytorin, but I am still taking the ACV. I'll see my doctor 3 months from now. I'll let you know what happens.
