2nd Flush and now another question...(LONG)

Hi fellow flushers,
Hey I just did my second flush last night: My story and a few questions. I attempted the no Epsom Salts to avoid the heart pain and racing issues.By the way thanks for the advice onthat issue. I made some homemade electrolyte drinks,drank two quarts of gatorade and ate a ton of watermelon. Actually when in season I eat a ton of it anyway.
Drank tons of water and apple juice. Since I was skipping the salts I did a couple of enemas to make sure there was room for stones and toxins to escape quickly. I thought I was fairly well cleaned out until I was hit by a huge pain in the gut and had to run for the toilet, releasing enormous amounts of the smellest most disgusting plaque! Afte near an hour of this I again felt I was finished. But back to the potty and released some weird mucus that I have only seen before if I am using H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) in the enema. Didn't use it this time only water. Once I was certain no more was happening to me I preceded with the OO (Olive-Oil) and grapefruit cocktail and went to bed. About 3AM I woke up went a urgent message from the bowels and a horrible nightmare that I had messed the bed with all of that plaque! Ran to the toilet and let out a bunch of oil only! Weird I never noticed any oil on the last flush at all. It was colored kind of like when you wash up spagetti sauce. Haven't has anything to eat for ages that might cause that. Question? Is this normal to pass the oil like that? I understood that our bodies absorbed the oil.
Anyway this morning I agin visited the throne and instead of stone released gobbs more of oily nasty scary smelling and looking plaque. Once that subsided, I began each trip to pass this mucus stuff. Upon closer (pee-eww) examination I noticed on of the larger muscus piece had what looked like a large worm in it while the others had some gross little black things in it.(Maybe eggs of some sort?) Sooo.. If I had yet this much gunk still in me when I thought (especially after all Epsom Salts last time) that I was clenaed out could and would this destroy my flush. I have yet to recognize any stones this time. Could the oil alone have caused an evacuation of the stuck plaque? Could the plaque have prevented the absorption of the oil? And finally that mucus stuff, is it like nesting or bedding for worms? I am yet still releasing a lot of this mucus. Kinda looks as though I blew my nose through my butt only much more and grosser and smeeeelllyyy. Sorry so long. Thanks in advanced for your insights.
