I've been eating 100% fruit and like hardly any nuts/seeds- and just seaweed for 3-4 months now- and randomly out of nowhere today I'm craving cooked food, rice, grains... could it be a parasite that's hungry- or what? Old food that's finally being digested? And also- why do people crave grains ect. Like I usually don't and when I think of them know they'll make me feel heavy and sick, and it will at first taste like paper, yet I know that after a couple more bites I'll love it again...why is that? And how can a person get it to where they loose taste for it? If that's possible. Cause I know you say your son has good instincts about food and he has eaten less non-human food- so how can I get to be like him? :) I'm sooooo jealous of him.
