Vegetarianism for moral reasons and Type B

Hi everyone,

I'm a vegetarian for moral reasons and wanted to go on the Blood Type Diet .
I'm a type B and see that the most beneficial foods are deep-sea fish. For moral reasons, I don't want to eat animals and so what remains is, basically cheese. As a vegetarian, i've been compensating the animal proteins with food combinations(legumes/grains/seeds/beans, etc.), tofu, tempeh, seitan, quorn, almost all of which are to avoid in this diet.
I'm never ill or anything, but would like to lose some weight, improve my skin (which is bizarrely quite dry AND has spots - I'd like to add that my skin is dry despite of my use of raw olive oil almost everyday in salads and my moderate consumption of nuts and seeds), that kind of thing.
I know type B is ok with some beans and rice, which would compensate somewhat for the proteins, but I cannot live off that and cheese.
Can somebody advise on this situation? Is there another type B vegetarian out there successfully doing the diet??
Thanks a lot for your input!
Tilda
