This post mostly consists of unrelated facts placed together so that they look related when they really aren't, false logical links, and outright falsehoods. Many of these things are spurious - John Wayne Gacy managed a Kentucky Fried Chicken? It wasn't managing the chicken place that made him nuts, he was nuts already! Managing also does not imply that he ate it - many people who work in fast food refuse to eat at their own companies because they hate their jobs. Fast food is also not the only form of meat in people's diets.

There have been numerous health benefits found to eating meat and especially dairy (Dairy contains the highest concentrations of the essential fatty acid Omega 6, which has been linked to weight loss and healthy brain and skin). This also neglects to mention that it is possible to obtain gently raised meat that has been slaughtered in a humane fashion, which therefore does not contain the excess adrenal products and other harmful chemicals associated with fear. The majority of the meat I eat comes from organic and gently raised animals that were slaughtered in a humane fashion.

And finally, vegetarians get worms too. Even vegans. As I've stated before, soil is a vector for infection just as much as meat is. Any human diet will contain parasitic vectors, even just breathing can infect you. You're better off eating a balanced diet that includes several different kinds of food and cleansing regularly.

Vegetarianism works fine for some people, but not everyone should be forced into it. Nor should they be SCARED into it with lies and spurious claims. Tweet
