I was planning on breaking my fast with raw fruits and veggies the first week and then adding in some cooked ones the second week, but then I was reading on another site that when it comes to vegetables in particular after a water fast, that it is better and easier for your body to eat lightly cooked or steamed veggies at first instead of raw ones because of the enzymes need to digest raw vegetables.
I was going to do low-acidic fruits at first and then add in raw veggies. So I'm confused about what is the best way.
