Word about Colonics

Yes, as a heavy duty industrial strength colon cleanser (it took me four years of concentrated effort to reach my main goal, turning 50 with a clean pink colon)... I could never have done the work without professional colonics.

That said, colonics are not created equal! Be sure to shop around for the best of the best... state of the art equipment and good training, plus a background of lots of colonics! Interview your colonic therapist and tour the equipment that will be used. You need to be comfortable with your therapist and the environment you will be working in. If you get a good one, there is no more productive or pleasant experience!

It's amazing how much water it takes to stay fully hydrated while fasting. My back teeth are definitely floating, yet I am peeing minimally and my lips are dry. Must... drink......... mooooorrre!
