someone know what this is???

HI all I posted about this yesterday but none replied...I"m a little impatient :) Acyst like bump on the inside of the lower lip that feels soft. It's not painful, it's under the skin can be moved around a little. One day it's a big bump then it's very tiny...anyone ever had this??
