Thanks Heaps. Yeah I do feel like im getting somewhere. I have tried many things before but never all at once or in the right order. I had started parasite removal about a month or so ago using just wormwart both as a tea and an enema which is brilliant. I really didnt notice any differnce till i had it as an enema.
This got me enthusiastic and so I decided to begin including raw organic meals in my life as much as possible so have a sprout salad lunch which is beutiful and have started growing wheatgrass for juice and are making rejuvelac as well. Breakfast i am still getting the kinks out of however i calculated that i can get six big sprout salads freshly finished sprouting that day for the cost $2.50 excluding rinse water cost which i think is bloody amazing. You feel a level of satisfaction when you can gaurantee the quality.
I did some research last night and came across using iodine for candida and hypothyroidism so i have ordered some logel iodine which even if only solves the candida problem i will be pleased as punch. I have switched my drinking water to distilled which i know is not ideal but im sure is better than the tap water. All these years i have been taking fludrocortisone which just found out last night contains fluoride and so though maybe removing the systems is making me worse and dependent in the long run. Boy theyre criminials those fellows, i was very upset when i found out this last night.
I feel confident now that there is a better. I will continue to focus on ph, removal of toxic foods, addition of good live foods, and getting my bowel functioning correctly.
I have tried tackling it in reverse before with no success. No matter how much great stuff you eat and look after yourself unless you remove parasites and get the bowel going and now i believe get the ph balanced everything else just stands no chance.
