cyst?? maybe???

Hi all...my boyfriend has this bump about as big a round as a marble on the inside of his lower lip. It feels soft...squishy. Somedays it shrinks and almost feels likes it's not even there. Any ideas??? The doc doesnt seem to worried about it but he is and I am as well. He says it's not painful just annoying :)
