Wow - I just love stories like yours! Really shows the doubters who think that the stones are olive oil that they are wrwrwrwroooong!
I have heard of others passing stones without ingesting any olive oil too - one person did a flush and instead of the oo she ate a bunch of ice cream - out came some stones! Another person drank some carrot juice after about 30 days of fasting and...out came some stones the next day. I don't want to endorse KFC chicken pot pie (bad bad hydrogenated oil fats!) but the ingestion of fats DOES make the liver and gallbladder release bile which in turn releases the stones. When you fast the bile pressure builds up - then when you eat something (sometimes even just carrot juice!) the bile is released with a great pressure and out come the stones. Thing is, if you keep eating hydrogenated oil and other bad fats then you're just creating more of the cholesterol stones...
Anyway - that's a great experience! Now you know without a shadow of a doubt that the stones weren't olive oil! (plus, analysis says they are mostly made up of cholesterol - and bile - and olive oil has NO cholesterol in it)
