Re: baking soda vs. pickling lyme?

:) Yeah, I'm trying to focus more on minerals, but whether or not I'm absorbing them is anybody's guess. I'm using a fulvic acid product called Super PH minerals, which I think is a colloidal product. It's liquid amber colored, almost tasteless, and has a bunch of trace minerals in it made from fulvic acid. My naturopath/homeopath recommended it. Truthfully, I have not checked my urine PH, but after about 6 weeks on it now, I'm not sure I feel any different. It's expensive, and I've heard that colloidal minerals may not be healthy (collects in the organs?), so I'm not sure whether to continue it. I do feel like I want to alkalize primarily through diet and mineral supplementation in whatever form is really useable by my body (and my digestion is poor - candida and probably still parasites), so I do feel like a lot of what I take is coming right out the other end without doing much good. I'm sure things like deep breathing and certain excercises/meditation are also alkalizing. I'm sort of half-committed to that, since I fall off the wagon when I'm not feeling well.

Where do you guys get your pickling lime?
