we do everything we do at our own risk. it comes with the territory. my judgement says the rewards are worth the risk, so that is the stance i take.

yes, that is a real picture. she was diagnosed with metastatic breat cancer in 1992. today, she looks great.

there are plenty of warnings with taking baking soda in any amounts. electrolyte imbalance is one of them.

i like my cayenne and herbs. i like my iodine. i am going to play with the zeta potential next. this is mainly due to the fat that potassium is needed in greater quantities than we are getting and i want to see if this can be done cheaply by anyone. joe vialls was taking potassium that is used for water softeners. now thats cheap. you can check out his findings here:
