Anti-Parasite Diet

Does anyone know what one should eat while trying to fight parasites?

I'm assuming it would be close to an anti-candida regimen?

I'm taking herbal meds, etc. but I don't want to be feeding the things while trying to get rid of them. Fasting is not possible for me right now.
