I started back on kelp. I already take dulse seawead in my superfoods. But I thought I should add kelp back in. My headache after a couple days now is maybe a 2 instead of an 8 in intensity. Now some people here take additional minerals. Is kelp lacking something? I already take superfoods, and the alkalizing drink.
Also, does anyone here have concern for their teeth with all the lemon and acv?
