I use tea tree toothpaste

I usually buy some sort of tea tree toothpaste (usually with baking soda) that's flouride free and has a whitening agent. Desert Essence or Plantation something or other. My gums used to bleed when I brushed them or when I went to the dentist for cleaning and the dentist would have to use a topical ointment to deaden them because they were so swollen and sensitive.

Now, my teeth don't bleed any more and the dentist doesn't have to use anything because there is no pain or swelling. It's a natural Antibiotic and my gums and teeth feel great.

I stopped for a while and used Sensodyne because of tooth sensitivity, but the swelling and bleeding started again. So I went back to the tea tree toothpaste and since I've discovered oil pulling the sensitivity is gone.
