I just started using it recently within the last few weeks to augment my candida regimen. I feel that it is helping in a number of ways, my mind is clearer and I am definitely getting die-off from it, although I am not exactly sure what it is killing- but I know that whatever it is killing is bad so I am not upset over not knowing. I overdid it a bit when I first started using it, and the die off was pretty extreme though. So be sure to start off at a low dosage when you start using it. I have also been using h2o2 in enemas for for the first time with good results. It breaks up the mucoid plaque and impacted fecal matter in your colon like nothing else I have tried in an enema which is essential for candida people. We have to get our intestines as free flowing and cleaned out as possible. The candida love a stagnant and acidic bowel- they thrive in it. I really recommend just a 5th or 6th of a teaspoon of 35% or even less per quart enema bag as it can be difficult to retain and is a bit uncomfortable beyond that point.. I think that it helps in detoxifying and healing the leaky gut areas too. I make a psyllium and castor oil shake with a bit of the h2o2 mixed in and let the fiber absorb the oil and h2o2 and you can definitely feel the difference when it is making its way through you. The fiber 'grabs' onto the candida and it has the h2o2 in it so it kills it on contact as well.. the best of both worlds. But again, start off with a low dosage like 5-10 drops per cup to see how you react to it- its pretty powerful stuff.
