If you can digest it, then some small amount of that may be good.
But, if you get your intesties to produce gas, better avoid raw beens.
Very few people have such a good GI tract, so that they can digest raw or sprouted beens.
And, after few years of that kind of diet, even the heathiest GI tractmay be destroyd.
Raw soy have potent chemicals, and can be dangerous for your health!
Very few people can be 100% healthy on Raw Vegan diet. You have to be born for that diet. Your stomach has to be able to digest strong phytochemicals, and if you do get gass, it means you can't digest it properly.
Always listen to your body. Your body can tell you what is good for you!
How about nuts?
How about raw eggs? Raw fish eggs?
