Not particularly, although I do feel the bit "lighter' feeling with a bit more energy. I am 58 and overweight but am bringing the weight down. I still believe that to get rid of that waxy balls of green junk out of your system has to be better for you. I feel I have at least 4-5 more flushes before I start to see some real improvement. I don't think the liver can really work effectively until you get nearly all the stones out. If you have a good flush it is tempting to think you are done but the liver is composed of so many tubes that it will take awhile. Also you have probably read that when you flush you only get the ones at the "front of the dam" so to speak. When these are gone, stones further back in the liver move forward to take their place. A good analogy to think about is a highly clogged river full of sticks, branches and logs. Once the dam is broken, the river flows good for awhile until things get dammed up again and hence the many flushes for a clear free running river. I am not giving up and don't you either!
