Wow, that's amazing about your friend's feet! Thanks for sharing that with everybody.

The more I learn about the human body and how it works, the more I KNOW that it's FAR simpler and more basic than most of us are even willing to consider, let alone accept.

For heavens sakes, mothers have been making kids take Castor Oil for decades, yet "we" (in general, not you & me specifically), are FOREVER looking for the latest & greatest new 'find' & 'cutting edge truth'.

Stop putting poisons in the body, get the poisons out, and give the body plenty of absorbable nutrition & the elements it needs, and the rest takes care of itself. I'm thinking the 'goodies' in the Castor Oil are probably (yet another thing) no longer found in our food sources the way they were decades/centuries ago. And for me & my body, those are things I feel safe in 'supplementing' on a regular basis...because it's something my body was designed to have (and that the Creator/Nature originally put in our food source)...but now they're gone.

I'll have to do a bit more searching about ricinoleic acid and find out how/why/where it is (or ever was) in our foods/oils naturally. My guess is that the over-processing/addition of toxins somewhere along the line 'knocked it out'.
