Kleb should be fairly easy to get rid of with antibiotics. Actually, it sounds like something more comp[lex may be going on. This is a commensal bacteria of the same class as e-coli--very common in the gut.
I have had positive cultures of both e-coli and klebsiella found in semen. These guys get around, but in my case, something far more complicated is at work. Antibiotic therapy only had temporary effects. Shroom Tweet
