Carnivorous\omnivorous animals in the wild care not of another species right to live; A hungry carnivorous mammal/reptile/fish would not think once about your right to live given the opportunity to kill and eat you in order to survive and carry on its progeny.

Scavengers, including insects and birds would happily clean up what was left, if anything, after the carnivore was finished...
