dental health and oil pulling

Hello all - I've been reading on the oil pulling forum that some OPers have had dramatic improvements in dental health through OPing. Somebody even mentioned that s/he had a root canal scheduled, went to the dentist after some time OPing and the dentist declined to do the root canal, saying it had improved significantly, and they would continue to keep an eye on it.

Do any of you oil pull, and have you seen positive results?
