Pineapple

So few people have eaten ripe pineapple that reactions are most often a response to the fruits design not to be eaten earlier than ripe. The enzymatic reaction so often mentioned is,I feel, this and the persons particular inability to process on a cellular level. We all know store bought fruit is very rarely ripe and once picked only in a few instances does any fruit become anything but softer, with no increasing of the sugars. Once we taste real mature fruit it often spoils us to anything but.

The Sugar missunderstanding will plague all who do not investigate beyond contmporary popular literature. and find what it is that all, except the largest, complex carbhydrates will be turned into by the liver.Common name ,sugar. Glucose being the most desired combonation but the other sugars will do fine. Sure the design is such that with out fiber ( why juiceing is always suspect and fruit eating will be fine) we throw off the ballance for utilising the sugars (insulin hyper production)but this is another aspect of the topic.
Isnt it funny how often the citrus families are condemed by the alergists, when if the persons system is cleaned up no reaction occurs.
