Suntanning

What a bummer! It's almost the end of the summer. Last summer I remember pouring on suntan lotion throughout the day because of my so called fears of the sun.

The sun causes cancer!! What a myth, I'm sure you've heard that one before. This year I decided to toss out the sunscreens. Bold and brave but it's now the end of the summer and I'm happy to report that I never got burnt even though I had stayed outdoors for a few hours at a time. This was not the case my entire life!! I would always get burned.

Yet my friends that put lotion on throughtout the day still got red or slightly burned and constantly tell me to pour it on.

Now I did get slightly red and now I throughout the summer have been maintaining a healthy tan color tone. No addtional brown spots too.

So the sun is my buddy. Just think the grass dies without the sun so why would the sun be bad?

Now I don't advice anyone to toss out their chemically filled sunscreens like I did. But at some point, IF your healthy why not? A hat is always a good thing instead.

Too much sun might be bad. Maybee Moreless can offer an explanation of why the nutrients in the drink or quality foods we eat that offer us the sun protection we need.

The drink it's all good...Cheers!
