Good Technique. I also tried putting purified water in a large pot, bringing it almost to boiling. Then grate about a fourth cup ginger and squeeze the juice in. Then dip hand towel or cloth in and put lid back on the pan to keep water hot. This will also remove the toxins and is very stimulating for circulation. The macrobiotic books encourage this daily with or without the ginger. It only takes about 10 minutes.
