My skin has a glow about it that it has NEVER had!

This is my very first post here on curezone. I have been reading posts here at curezone for a few months now, and finally decided to join, as I have had much success with the Hulda Clark e Liver Cleansing and the egg/lime juice/oil daily cleanse. I have had bad Acne for most of my teenage and adult life.

I am now 27, and have just now come to understand the correlation between a healthy liver and a clear complexion. I did my Dr. Natura Colonix cleanse last summer, and from that point on, I was on a mission to reclaim my health. It seems like it was so long ago, me struggling with my health issues, and yet it feels like it was just yesterday when I was lost with no where to turn to but my regular doctor who was no help whatsoever!

And now, a year later, I have changed my life ... all by baby steps. I believe that the Liver Cleansing is my last and final step...whereas living a healthy lifestyle and making healthy and holistic choices is an ongoing process. My skin has finally cleared up, and I am so pleased by this. My Acne issue was the primary reason I chose to liver cleanse.

Tonight will be my 3rd cleanse. I'm not sure how many I need to do...but I just pace myself and wait until my body tells me that it's time for the "next" cleanse. I started taking the 3 limes, 2 egg yolks, and 1 tbspn of Hempseed oil every morning on my days off, and I have seen a considerable difference in my skin and overall vitality!

In fact, for the first time ever, I received a compliment from someone on my "beautiful skin"!? I was so flattered and it felt so good because I know it has everything to do with my new skin regimen of the egg, lime and hempseed oil along with the periodic liver flushing. My skin has a glow about it that it has NEVER had, and people have been commenting to me, "Wow, you look amazing!" and "You look so young!!" (granted, I'm only 27, but I'm sure I looked "older" pre cleansing!).

I just want to let you know that once your body is able to expel all the heavy toxins and build up, and once your MIND and THOUGHTS are positive and enthusiastic about embracing change, you will start to see results-slowly but surely.

Many times things have to get worse in order to get better, and detoxifying is one of those things that requires patience. I know that I am only just beginning the road to optimal health, but I feel so proud of how far I've come thus far. Each day is a mini victory :)
