I don't know - it surely looks like there is a problem with flouride levels from the links in Aharleygyrl's post.  Possibly aluminum too, or perhaps it is the combination of the two.  My understanding is that aluminum is the most common mineral found in plants, but that the plant derived form may not be so bad.

I am wondering what to do with my two new packages of green tea and black tea!
