--answer--detox bathes and inflammation

Hi ak,

Your question: My knee has been inflamed now for a few weeks. I did not injure it. I can still run and have a question.
to reduce inflamation Ive been icing it after I run. I know this is correct.
But if heat increases inflamation, should I do detox bathes? Will that aggrevate my knee? How does that work? I have to get the toxins out somehow.

Answer: Inflamation may be because that area of the body has become too Acidic and some times this may be because of an imbalance between the Sodium to Potassium ratios trying to Neutralize these Excess Acids !

You may want to play around with the Bath Soak and adjust the Peroxide up and the Baking Soda down in some cases for Best results ?

In other words use some Epsom Salt and Peroxide and leave the Baking Soda out, if you are not getting the Positive results you are Seeking from the regular Detox Soak Bath !

Smile Tis your choice.
