Re: Well done
I ended up having more gallbladder attacks a few weeks later. Ended up doing an emergency flush with one glass
Epsom Salts and olive oil two hours later. Got out a stone about the size of a nickel. This was without doing any preparation but ended up getting severe cramps that landed me in hospital on pain meds. A previous visit had the doctor diagnosing me with a cyst in my ovary and was due for my period soon so I don't know if it was my bowels rushing down that were causing the crushing pain.
I thought also maybe cinnamon gum or peppermint gum to quell the taste and help with nausea. Also give something to focus on with the chewing while the salts are going down. I'm gonna start preparing once again for another flush soon.
Anyway, I told the doc at emerge about the flush so just incase she did some blood tests to check my liver and urine. Everything checked out perfectly so I'm taking it it is ok. She asked me to lay off the flushes for a while. I started my period shortly after and it's been a tough one with the cramping and all so I'm thinking that had something to do with pain. No nausea tho.
In the meantime, gallbladder attacks have stopped for now. Still not flushing out enough to make any huge long lasting effect. So I'll be doing it again.
