Been doing liver cleanses for over five years now...
Just finished another this morning. Can remember the first time and worried about what to expect. I have always followed
Hulda Clark 's protocol (to the letter!) and almost every time remove about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of stones. And, like many others, what drove me to this was unrelenting shoulder/arm pain; actual 'gallstone' attacks preceded that for years (since I was 25; am 63 now). And why are they not all gone by now? Don't know; maybe I had a liver chock-full of them, maybe I'm still making them----who knows? But, I can honestly state that, after 30 years of trying to find out how to get them out, it was a delight to see them at last!
Sometimes they are little balls, sometimes they are are more like crunchy peanut butter. And I can feel when they have arrived at the 'gate' and need to be removed. The area right below my rib cage will feel jammed up; today, it is now delightfully empty! And, since I can get out such a large volume with each flush, I figure there is still plenty more behind that! All in all, I'd guess about 30 flushes by now, and will continue to do it until there are no more. For anyone contemplating a liver flush, my advice is: relax, don't worry about it, and when you see what comes out, do not wonder if it is a bowel movement; it is not, that was removed some hours before.
This stuff floats. Follow what Hulda says exactly and it WILL happen!
