I started doing Liver Flushes every 2 weeks. I have constipation (dry hard pellets) a lot even with all the "great" eating and occasional suffer from eczema. I assume both eczema and hard stools are related to liver??
What do you suggest to help bile production? More oil in my diet? How much?
I cook with a little olive oil and take a tablespoon of coconut oil a day and 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed.
I have eaten a low fat diet for many years with seasonal overeating (holidays, stress)
Any advice would be appreciated.
I find it frustrating when eating very healthy to struggle with bowel movements.
