So glad to see your note here. From the beginning of May until the beginning of June I was preparing for a lot of life changes and there was tremendous stress - moving state, leaving job, family, friends, marrying - nothing set up for work on other end, moving into difficult environment -the list goes on. There was so much stress and not enough time to do what needed to be done. I got little sleep and eating became bites here and there. I dropped about 10 pounds during that time began to have back problems and my stomach eventually did not tolerate food well. Once back from our honeymoon and settled here in July I found that when I would try to eat normally I would have trouble with my stomach...bloating, discomfort.... my sysytem was not handling food well and still is struggling with it. ACV & water does seem to help me. I had stopped and just put it back in yesterday. Like you, I eat a lot of fruit and drink a lot of water. I also use flax & fiber bread. My husband likes rich foods and pasta and it is struggle for me determining how to integrate into this new life and manage my food so that we can eat together and so I will not be uncomfortable. I did about 4 days on Yogi Detox tea thinking it might help but it was not a positive experience and I am waiting for it to flush fully out of my system. Stress remains here with the adaptation to the changes and I think I need to start form scratch regarding food reintroduction. But then I went much longer than you did - about 3 months eating abnormally and way too little. However, your situation sounds like it has some attributes of what I've been dealing with.
