OT?-Glucose metabolism/incomplete oxidation- sensitivity to "acidic" fruits...

Looking for some insight here. I can't eat acidic fruits, like peaches or oranges, or even much natural sugars like molassas etc, without getting buring patches of eczema. After looking at this for years, I believe the cause is an inability to fully metabolize the natural acids in the foods... maybe related to the liver, not enough bile. Anyone have any idea regarding the internal issues that would lead to an inability to oxidize natural acids? or better, what to do about it? I have done more than my fair of Liver Flushes (though it has been a year), and I don't have candida issues. Have been taking Iodine since march.

thanks,
John
