well, i think there are very few organic farms that are not part of corporate farms. horizon is even corporate and people don't realize it. but, it is not the farmers fault, it is capitalism taking over everything and squeezing out the little guy. one of the best ways to view that happening is to look at all the mom and pop stores that are goen and all the super wal*marts everywhere. it is my understanding that we only drink cows milk because there was like a baby starving and the mother had no milk and they looked over and saw a cow, something like that. as far as i know, drinking milk from a cow is not a natural human thing.
