Re: Can I just stop taking accutane cold-turkey or no? I have yeast on my face, and it's not helping, just making my face dry and red... Also, how long after you stop taking accutane can you start to use Salicylic acid and other products on your face? Thanks!

You can stop taking accutane cold turkey. I did it when I was on it. In terms of when you can start putting things on your face, if your face is still very dry and red it may be uncomfortable to put things on it that can irritate it further. I don't think there are any hard and fast rules on when you can start putting things on it. You may want to experiment by putting a product on a small part of your face and see if it irritates it.
