Adrenal fatigue & liver flushing

I just did my second flush last weekend and i am only just getting over it! I have adrenal fatigue and was thinking maybe this flushing business is just too much for my system yet i felt so good after the first one. I am considering taking an immune herbal heal pack from herbshandshealing.co.uk to deal with my adrenals and also isocort or DHEA but dont know whether i should do another flush first as i think the herbs last for 28 days.
